It's in this spirit that we offer a variety of challenging, rewarding programs for interns and new nursing graduates. Each enables participants to grow their knowledge and skills, under the supervision of experienced mentors, and position themselves as future leaders in the nursing profession.
Any nurse with less than 12-months work experience is considered a Clinical Nurse I (CNI). All new and/or recent graduates are required to participate in an 8-12 month orientation.
