Duke offers the full spectrum of clinical services for all aspects of renal disease, including: end-stage renal disease and kidney transplantation, hypertension, disturbances of water and electrolyte metabolism, and disturbances of bone and mineral metabolism. Active dialysis programs are offered for both inpatients and outpatients.

As a Duke nurse, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with a team of surgeons, interventionalists, sonographers and nephrologists that provide cutting-edge procedures to create a portal to our patients bloodstream to make dialysis more convenient and efficient for both the patient and caregiver.
