Ambulatory Care & Hospital-Based Clinics

Our ambulatory care delivery system spans primary care, specialty and subspecialty clinics along with endoscopy, infusion and hyperbaric services. The Duke South Clinic location houses 18 Specialty Clinic/Procedural locations, while an additional four Clinics are located in Durham in areas surrounding the hospital. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants work in collaboration with our nursing staff to provide care and support for the patients and families we serve. The nursing role focuses on assessment, education, symptom management, and telephone triage.
